Causes, phenomena and treatment methods of abnormal high temperature in SKF operation

1. Causes of SKF Bearing High Temperature:
(1). It is possible that the cooling water of SKF Bearing is interrupted, resulting in high temperature.
(2). It is possible that the oil quality of SKF Bearing is deteriorated, the oil itself is not clean or the oil is deteriorated during operation.
2. Abnormal high temperature operation of SKF Bearing
SKF Bearing digital thermometer monitoring system sends fault signal of bearing temperature rise.
3. Treatment of abnormal high temperature of imported bearing.
(1) Low oil pressure may cause the cooling water hydraulic valve to close. Check the oil pressure of the governor first.
(2) Check whether the cooling water pipeline system is normal. If the cooler of the cooling system is blocked, stop the machine immediately.
(3) Check whether the bearing has abnormal sound and whether the bearing swing is abnormal.
(4) Check the quality of engine oil and whether the oil level on the oil scale is normal.
