1. Sunlight method
In a sunny life, use a screwdriver to remove the grease, and then fly to 45 degrees. Compared with the sun, observe the droplet condition. In the sun, it can be clearly seen that there is no debris in the grease, which can play an effect again. When there are too many debris, the grease must be replaced.
2. Droplet impression method
Take a piece of clean white filter paper. There are a few drops of oil leakage on the filter paper. After the oil leakage, if there is black powder on the surface, it has a sense of resistance when contacting with hands, indicating that there are many residues in the oil, the oil has no powder, is dry and clean, and the imprint is light yellow.
3. Oil drain observation
Take two beakers, one full of grease for inspection and the other empty on the table. Remove the beaker containing oil from the table for 30 to 40 cm and tilt it to allow the grease to flow into the empty cup and observe its fluidity. The grease with high performance price ratio should be long, fine, uniform and continuous. If the oil is discharged quickly and slowly, it is said that the oil is moldy.
4. Hand twisting
Screw the grease between the thumb and ring finger and grind it continuously. The grease has good hand feel, good wettability, less wear debris and no friction. If you feel that there is a lot of friction in the middle of your fingers like sand, it means that there are many residues in the oil and can not be reused. Replace with new grease.
