Needle bearing

IKO stamped outer ring needle roller bearing uses a stamped outer ring made of special thin steel plate through precision stamping and carburizing quenching, so it is a bearing with small section height, light weight and large rated load in needle roller bearing.
There are two kinds of bearings with cage and full roller, which can be selected according to the service conditions of the bearing. The structure with cage is suitable for high-speed rotation because the cage and thrust ring accurately guide the needle roller. The full roller structure is suitable for heavy load and low-speed rotation. The installation with the bearing seat adopts press in fixation, so there is no need for axial fixation. It has a wide range of uses and is suitable for mass production products that pay attention to economy.
