They are available in various sizes and are popular among all rolling bearings. This type of bearing supports both radial and a certain degree of axial load in both directions.
Shielded / sealed
Shielded or sealed deep groove ball bearings simplify the sealing structure of the application and are designed to rotate the inner ring. Because these bearings are pre lubricated, lubrication is not required.
Type of locating snap ring
The bearing with locating snap ring can be easily installed into the housing because the locating snap ring is conducive to axial positioning.
Subminiature ball bearing and miniature ball bearing
Open is widely used. There are also shield / seal type and flange type; The latter is easy to locate along the axial direction.
Large types of ball bearings
These bearings are single row deep groove ball bearings with a filling groove in both the inner and outer rings. They have an enhanced radial load rating because they can contain more larger diameter balls. Not suitable for applications involving axial loads or high-speed rotation. When installing the bearing, the filling groove on the fixed bearing ring shall be in the no-load area.
Double row ball bearing
Double row ball bearings can withstand greater load applications and are available in single / double seal versions
