Thrust ball bearing

Nachi thrust ball bearing is a separate bearing. According to its structural form, it is divided into one-way thrust ball bearing and two-way thrust ball bearing. One way thrust ball bearing can bear axial load in one direction, and two-way thrust ball bearing can bear axial load in two directions. None of them can withstand radial loads. The thrust ball bearing also has a structure with a seat cushion. Because the installation surface of the seat cushion is spherical, the bearing has self-aligning performance, which can reduce the influence of installation error. Thrust ball bearings are mainly used in automobile, machine tool and other industries.

One way thrust ball bearing:
It includes a shaft ring, a seat ring and a steel ball cage assembly. The bearing can be separated, and the shaft ring, seat ring and steel ball cage assembly can be installed separately. It can be divided into three types:

Thrust ball bearing with self-aligning race
Thrust ball bearing with self-aligning seat ring and self-aligning seat washer
One way thrust ball bearing is mainly used to bear one-way axial load and can make one-way axial positioning.
Bidirectional thrust ball bearing:
It includes a shaft ring, two seat rings, a middle shaft ring and a steel ball cage assembly. The bearing can be separated, and the shaft ring, seat ring and steel ball cage assembly can be installed separately. It can be divided into three types:

Thrust ball bearing with self-aligning seat ring and self-aligning seat washer
Two way thrust ball bearing can bear two-way axial load and make two-way axial positioning.
