Fag tapered roller bearing

Tapered roller bearings are suitable for transmitting radial load and axial load. 313 series tapered roller bearings are suitable for occasions with large axial load because of their large contact angle. 323b series tapered roller bearings also have relatively large contact angle.
bearing clearance
The axial clearance of tapered roller bearing is set by adjusting another bearing matched with it during installation.
Centering
The modified contact line between tapered roller and raceway can reduce stress concentration and maintain the alignment of bearing.
tolerance
The basic type of fag tapered roller bearing adopts ordinary tolerance (tolerance class PN). 320x, 329, 330, 331 and 332 series tapered roller bearings with hole diameter less than 200mm have narrow width tolerance, and the tolerance grade is p6x. The width tolerance of the larger bearings in these series, bearings with ribs and other columns is PN. On demand, FAG can also provide high-precision tapered roller bearings. For example, the dimensional tolerance of some 320x series bearings is P5, and these bearings have the suffix P5.
heat treatment
Fag tapered roller bearing after heat treatment can be used in the working temperature below 120 ℃. The bearing with outer diameter > 90mm works continuously, while the temperature for dimensional stability of the bearing is 150 ℃, and the temperature for dimensional stability of the bearing with outer diameter > 120mm is 200 ℃.
